We make the finest crêpes using the finest ingredients which are replenished daily by local suppliers. SARRAZIN - GALETTE Buckwheat flour (when available) + 60p when available ALL CRÊPES CONTAIN EGG’S AND FLOUR. Most crepes are made with butter and there is milk in the milk chocolate. IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS NUT ALLERGIES YOU SHOULD NOT EAT OUR CRÊPES they may contain a trace of Peanuts, almonds, walnut’s and hazelnuts, in tiny quantities or larger quantities as they are used as ingredients for other crêpes. For minor allergies, please state CLEARLY to the Crépier what ingredients you do not want and check yourself as the crêpe is being made.
Sweet Crêpes
All sweet Crêpes contain eggs and wheat flour. Most Crêpes are made with salted butter. SARRAZIN - GALETTE Buckwheat flour (when available) + 60p when available. Our hand picked Belgian Milk, Dark and White chocolate is available on crêpes that do not include a chocolate choice at £1.60 (mixing +80p).
Savoury Crêpes
All our Crêpes contain eggs and flour (wheat or buckwheat) and are made with butter. Savoury Crêpes are normally made with pepper and sweet crêpes with sugar. SARRAZIN - GALETTE Buckwheat flour (when available) + 60p when available
